About Us

Located only 7 miles from the A1 and 5 miles from the A14 and A45, Upper Dean is a small, peaceful village nestling in rolling farmland on the borders of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

There is a welcoming village pub serving good food and real ale just a walk away. There are many other good restaurants and pubs within a short drive offering a wide variety of cuisine.
High Street Farm is an extremely comfortable, modern, centrally-heated farmhouse in the centre of the village. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside that is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, bird watching or just escaping from a hectic lifestyle to switch off and unwind.

Guests are also welcome to sit in our garden and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
Our comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation comprises two twin and one double room with private bath or shower room, TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is served in the dining room with fresh fruit, cereal and a full English breakfast using fresh local produce. Vegetarian options are available.
We can provide evening meals and packed lunches by prior arrangement.
