Riding & Walking

We are located in a delightful and wide-ranging bridleway network that includes the Three Shires Way and provides outstanding local hacking with very little roadwork. There are bridleways at each of the village and we can provide many suggested routes that we know very well as we use them on a regular basis on our own horse.

We provide comprehensive route descriptions and maps for rides from 1 to 6 hours, including rides with a lunchtime pub stop. On returning from your ride we have a wash-down area for the horses and super grassy fields for them to roll in and unwind. Riders can then relax on the patio with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

We have secure, surfaced off-road parking for boxes and trailers, a manège with jumps, ample all-year post and rail grazing, large timber stables. The College Equestrian Centre at Keysoe and Hill House Cross Country course at Carlton, both venues that host championship events, are within easy driving distance.

Walking & Birdwatching

There is a large network of footpaths radiating from and around the farm and village.
Grafham Water (fishing, cycling, sailing and birdwatching) and the RSPB Headquarters at Sandy are both a short drive away.
